Dementia Partnerships is a specialist knowledge portal, bringing together networks, organisations, groups and individuals to share knowledge and learning to improve services and promote living well with dementia. The portal includes a section on arts and dementia, which features all of our projects. There are other projects featured, although none of them are in acute general hospitals.
The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) improves the lives of people who use care services by sharing knowledge about what works. They provide free eLearning ‘The Open Dementia Programme’, which is aimed at anyone who comes into contact with someone with dementia and provides a general introduction to the disease and the experience of living with dementia.
The Alzheimer’s Society provides a wealth of resources. One of the key documents used in planning this project was
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) - independent health and adult social care regulator.
