Health & Libraries - West Midlands Arts and Health Wellbeing
During the 1980 and 1990s, Dr. Malcolm Rigler's Withymoor Village Surgery (Dudley) took a creative arts approach to facilitating communication between doctors, patients, staff and the community to promote health and wellbeing. Widely regarded as a pioneer of arts and health work, Dr. Malcolm Rigler's current focus is on libraries and health partnerships.


GP's plan to hand NHS role to libraries backed in Wales
