Opportunity for Textiles Artist to Work with People with Dementia

Poole Arts Service is seeking an experienced artist specialising in working in textiles to work on a pilot project commencing February 2016. 

The project will engage people living with dementia and their family carers and will be supported by a small team of volunteers

The Poole Arts Service’s purpose is to creatively enrich the lives of the people of Poole, and their pride in their town, by developing and delivering a thriving community arts programme.

 

Poole’s specialist arts officers are dedicated to providing opportunities for the people of Poole to participate in the arts, to enrich their lives and life and career opportunities and to provide or facilitate quality arts activities delivered by local and other artists and arts organisations.
